Manage Your Workspace Desktops

Overview of workspace owners' and administrators' rights on managing workspace desktops.

Before starting managing your workspace desktop, learn how to create workspace desktops here.

Only Workspace owners and Administrators have  rights to manage workspace desktops.

How to start managing the workspace desktop:

     1) Click your workspace name and then click the Settings button

     2) Alternatively, you can click your Profile icon and then click the Preferences button

     3) Click the Desktop you want to manage

     4) Click Edit in the General Information section to change the name of your desktop

     5) Click Manage in the  Members section to add/remove users or groups of the desktop

     6) Click Manage in the Groups section to add/remove groups from the desktop

     7) Click Open App Store to manage your apps on the desktop

You can also delete your Desktop in the "Danger zone" down the screen below

Warning: deleting a desktop cannot be reversed.

How to start managing the workspace desktop on a mobile device (Android)

     1) Open Desktop app

     2) Tap ☰ Expand menu top left

     3) Navigate to the Admin/Preferences menu on the bottom left

     4) Scroll down to the Desktops

     5) Choose the desktop you want to edit or create a new one

     6) Tap Edit in the General Information section to change the name of your desktop

     7) Tap Manage in the  Members section to add/remove users or groups of the desktop

     8) Tap Manage in the Groups section to add/remove Groups from the desktop

You can also delete your Desktop in the "Danger zone" down the screen below
