1) Navigate to your Profile icon and select Account Settings in the drop-down menu
2) Navigate to the Security menu, scroll down to API token section and click Create and manage API tokens
3) Click Create API token button
4) Enter a token label name and click Create button
5) The token is generated. Make sure to copy it so you can use it for authentication and linking the Desktop.com account to the Jira account.
1) Log in with your Desktop.com account (having the same email address as in your Jira account)
2) Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
3) Alternatively, click your Profile icon on the top right -> Preferences. You can also click Settings button on the left side panel
4) Navigate to the App integrations menu and select the Workspace or Personal tab depending on the purpose of usage. Click View button next to Jira
5) Start from enabling Jira Search integration
6) Follow the steps in the setup guide Jira. Start by entering the JIRA URL. It shall be the name of your Jira instance/workspace. Click Next button when you are ready.
7) Enter your username (your Desktop.com and Jira account email address) and your password (the API token you generated in Jira) and click Next button
8) Jira integration is now activated
9) You will receive a chat message from the Jira bot
10) Now, when the integration is first in place, you can also activate Jira notifications integration
11) After enabling Jira notifications you will be able to get the following notifications from the chatbot:
12) Now you can search Jira tasks through Desktop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel and then select Search across your tools option
1) Log in with your Desktop.com account
2) Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
3) Alternatively, click your Profile icon on the top right -> Preferences. You can also click Settings button on the left side panel
4) Navigate to the App integrations menu
5) Select the Workspace tab and click Enable button under Asana Search
6) Click Sign In button to start connecting Desktop.com to your Asana account
7) To connect both accounts, click Allow button
8) Asana integration has been successfully enabled
9) Now you can search Asana tasks through Desktop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel -> Switch to Integrated apps search
1) Log in with your Desktop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Alternatively, click your Profile icon on the top right ->Preferences. You can also click Settings button on the left side panel
3) Navigate to the App integrations menu
4) Select the Personal tab and click Install button under the Trello Search
5) Click Sign In button to start connecting Desktop.com to your Trello account
6) You will be offered to grant Desktop.com access to your account
7) Scroll down the page and click Allow button to proceed with the setup
8) The Trello Search integration has been successfully enabled

3) Navigate to App integrations
4) Select the Personal tab, and click View button under the Notion app
5) Click Install button
6) You will need to Sign In with your Notion account
7) You will need to provide an access to your Notion account. Click Select pages button to decide which pages you would like to provide an access
8) Here you can select certain pages or provide access to all the pages
9) The integration has been set up
10) Now you can search Notion tasks through Desktop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel and then Switch to Integrated apps search

2) Alternatively, click your Profile icon on the top right ->Preferences. You can also click Settings button on the left side panel
3) Navigate to the App integrations
4) Select the Personal tab and then click View button under Dropbox app
5) Click Install button
6) You will need to Sign In with your Dropbox account
7) The Dropbox integration has been set up.
8) Now you can search Dropbox tasks through Desktop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel and then Switch to Integrated apps search
1) Log in with your Desktop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Alternatively, click your Profile icon on the top right ->Preferences. You can also click Settings button on the left side panel
3) Navigate to App integrations menu
4) Switch to the Personal tab and click View button under Google
5) Click Install button under Google Drive Search
6) You will need to sign in with your Google account
7) Enter your registered Google email address
8) Enter a password associated with this account and then click Next button
9) You will need to grant an access to your Google Account in order to be able to search for your Google documents across your workspace. Click Continue button
1) Log in with your Desktop.com account and click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Alternatively, click your Profile icon on the top right ->Preferences. You can also click Settings button on the left side panel
3) Navigate to App integrations menu
4) Select the Personal tab and scroll down the list of app integrations. Click Install button under MailChimp Search
5) You will need to connect your Desktop.com to your MailChimp account, click Sign In button
6) Enter your MailChimp username/email and password, click Log In button
7) You will need to authorize Desktop.com access to your MailChimp account to search through your MailChimp campaigns. Click Allow button.
8) Now you can search through your MailChimp campaigns across your Desktop.com account. Click the Search field and then select Switch to integrated apps search
9) Select MailChimp in the list of connected integrations and start searching for campaigns
