This option is available if you enabled the Organize&Search feature package
1) Open the Desktop.com app
2) Right-click on the link (alternatively, you can click the 3 dots button) -> select Manage tags option in the drop-down menu
3) If you enabled Organize&Search + Communications feature packages, first navigate to the Desktops and select the desktop. Right-click on the link (alternatively, you can click the 3 dots button) -> select Manage tags option in the drop-down menu
4) You can either start typing to add a new tag or select from already existing in the list. Click the Save button when you are ready.
5) You can also add/create tags when adding a new link
6) Click the Search button to search for your links by filtering tags in the Search field on the particular desktop or in a whole workspace.
1) Open your Desktop.com app
2) Tap the Expand menu button
3) Select the desktop
4) If you enabled Organize&Search + Communication feature packages: first navigate to the Desktops -> select a desktop
5) Navigate to the Links menu
6) Tap the 3 dots button -> select Manage tags
7) You can either start typing to add a new tag or select from already existing in the list. Tap Save button when you are ready.
8) You can also add/create tags when adding a new link
9) You can now search for your links by filtering tags in the Search field
*Both feature packages are enabled here. If you disabled one of them, some options will be unavailable
