This option is available if you enabled Organize&Search+Communicate feature packages
1) Open the Desktop.com app
2) Select a desktop. If you do not have any content on your desktop, click the +Add button ->select Add a link option in the drop-down menu
3) If you enabled Organize & Search + Communicate feature packages, first navigate to the Desktops -> select a desktop. If you do not have any content on your desktop, click the +Add button ->select Add a link option in the drop-down menu
4) Type the link's URL (you can copy-paste this from a web browser) and title -> click the Savebutton
5) You can now proceed with adding more links by clicking the +Add link button in the Links section
6) If you need to add the same links to another desktop, use the Copy feature. Click the 3 dots button next to Links -> select Copy all links option
7) Select the desktop you want to add links to. Click the+Add content button or the+Add button next to Links -> select Paste links option
8) You can also use the drag-and-drop feature to move links from one desktop to another

2) Tap the Expand menu button
3) Select the desktop you want to add a link to
4) If you enabled Organize&Search + Communicate feature packages: first navigate to Desktops -> select the desktop
5) Tap the +Add button -> select Add a link option in the drop-down menu
6) Enter the link's URL and title -> tap the Save button
7) Now you can add more links by clicking + button in the Links tab
8) If you need to add the same links to another desktop, you can copy the whole links section and paste this to another desktop
