How to add links

Workspace owners and administrators can add links to all internal desktops and members with the user right can add links only to their private desktops

How to add links

1) Open the Desktop.com app

2) Navigate to the Desktops menu and select the desktop you want to work with. If you do not have any content at your desktop, click +Add button, then select Add a link option in the drop-down menu

3) Type  link's URL (you can copy-paste this from a web browser), title and click the Save button

4) You can proceed with adding more links by clicking + button in the Links tab

5) If you need to add the same links to another desktop, use the Copy feature. Click 3 dots button next to Links and select Copy all links option

6) Select the desktop you want add links to. Click 3 dots button next to Links again and select Paste links option

7) You can also use the drag-and-drop feature to move links from one desktop to another

How to add a link to the desktop on a mobile device (Android)

1) Open your Desktop.com app

2) Tap Expand menu button

3) Tap the desktop you want add a link to

4) Tap + button and then choose Add a link option in the drop-down menu

5) Enter the link's URL and tap the Save button

6) Now you can add more links by clicking + button in the Links tab

7) If you need to add the same links to another desktop, you can copy the whole links section and paste this to another desktop
