How to share a desktop

  •      1) Click your workspace's name and then click the Settings button
  •      2) Navigate to the Desktops menu

  •      3) Choose the desktop you want to share
  •      4) Navigate to the Members and click the Manage button

  •      5) Choose the members you want to share the desktop with and click the Update members button


How to share a desktop on a mobile device (Android)

  •      3) Tap the Settings button on the left panel
  •      4) Navigate to the Desktops menu

  •      5) Tap the desktop you want to share

  •      6) Navigate to the Members and tap the Manage button

     7) Tap the users you want to share the desktop with and then tap the Update members button
