What are favorites and how do I manage them in Desktop.com?

Favorites will help you quickly navigate through your workspace for the items and apps you want to find. Learn how to use them in this article.

Favorites shows apps and links which you marked as "favorite". It will show the latest added first in the list.
This option is available, if you enabled Organize&Search feature package

How to add an app or link to your favorites:

1) Open the Desktop.com app

2) Select the desktop -> switch to Apps

3) If you enabled Organize&Search + Communicate feature package: navigate to Desktops -> select the desktop -> switch to Apps

4) To add an app to Favorites, hover your mous over the the app or link -> click the Heart button

5) To access your favorite content, navigate to the Desktops -> Favorites

6)To remove apps or links from the list just click the Heart button again

How to add apps or links to favorites on a mobile device

1) Open your Desktop.com app

2) Tap Expand menu button

3) Tap the desktop

4) If you enabled Organize&Search+Communicate feature packages: first navigate to the Desktops menu ->tap the desktop you want to work with

5) To add an app to favorites, tap the 3 dots button inside the Apps section and select Show app menu in the drop-down list

6) Tap  the 3 dots button on the app and then select Add to favorites option in the drop-down menu

7) To add a link to favorites, tap the 3 dots button and select Add to favorites option in the drop-down menu

8) To access your favorite content, navigate to Favorites

9) If you enabled Organize&Search+Communicate feature packages: navigate to Desktops -> Favorites
